LOVELY WEEK BREAK
Myself and my partner traveled to Boscombe for a week away, and come across a very pleasant looking bed and breakfast. We instantly felt welcomed by Debbie & Pete, this hotel is a very short walk away from Boscombe pier and beach, and train can also be caught from the seafront in to Bournemouth.
The beds were very comfy and all sheets were spotless.. the bathroom, shower and toilet were all immaculate. Our room also had nice tea and coffee making facilities, with biscuits :)
In the morning we enjoyed a wonderful full english breakfast, which set us up for a very enjoyable day in and around Bournemouth.

"Central location close to beach"
Booked for one night but would happily book a longer stay. Went to see Caro Emerald at the Pavilion Theatre & discovered Debbie was also going. The Rosscourt is very clean, welcoming, comfortable, well furnished & relaxing.
Mainly the friendly welcome, but everything was very nice.

4NIGHT BUSINESS TRIP
Comfortable and clean b&b, close to where I was working so very convenient. Debbie really helpful for places to eat and the breakfast she served was just right. Would highly recommend. I had a double en suite for myself great value, would definatley stay again.

3 NIGHT STAY
Very nice B&B. Had originally (via the booking site) been allocated an upstairs double, but we had requested a twin on the ground floor. Debbie very kindly moved us immediately into the room of our choice. The breakfasts were varied and substantial, her husband cooked us whatever we wished. There is also a nice sitting room for guests, which we didn't really use as we had our own sitting area with tea/coffee making facilities in our room. Would very happily return.

VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY
I received a friendly welcome from Debbie and the room was large, warm and comfortable. The shower was hot.. The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and well cooked. I would certainly pay a return visit and recommend Rosscourt to family and friends.

Stayed in the double bedroom above the breakfast room . Although the house seemed quite full - there was very little noise. However we did hear the clock from the breakfast room chiming. The room had pine furniture and a small seating area. The window faces a busy side street. The window did have double glazed. This does cut out the noise - however in the summer months would be very noisy, as you would need to leave the window open. There are student halls across the road. The shower cubicle is raised off the floor. The bathroom products are not individual. The bed linen and towels are of a good standard. Debbie is very personable and gives the impression of nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is of a good standard.
Parking could be a issue for some guests. There are times when it is necessary to move cars to accommodate others. Guests are requested to give there keys to the proprietors if their care needs to be moved. We did wonder how this would work re:insurance.
If you are looking for clean, local to the beach and traditional accommodate Rosscourt would suit you.
I've rated average due to the dec/furniture throughout the establishment being and more traditional.

Arrived late but still made very welcome. Room lovely and large very clean. Breakfast cooked to order, arrived quickly and was delicious. Nothing too much trouble for Debbie. Were given key to come and go as we pleased. Whole hotel lovely and clean and inviting. Would highly recommend Rosscourt to stay at. Location excellent only few minutes walk to Boscombe Pier and the Harvester which served a very good meal.

LOVELY STAY, YUMMY BREAKFAST
Debbie was very welcoming and helpful and let us into our room before the official check in time. The cooked breakfast was delicious and pretty quick to arrive, good coffee. The room was large and the bed comfy and the only thing I would have liked was a bath in the bathroom, but that's hardly a deal breaker. I gave the location a 3 as it is a bit of a trek into the town centre but if you're active, it's a lovely walk along the beach to Bournemouth. The beach is actually much nicer at the end where the hotel is located because it's so much quieter - we went on a couple of rare sunny days in August and while the stretch of the beach by the arcades etc was rammed with screaming children, it was pretty tranquil near Rosscourt. Recommend the Coriander Mexican restaurant for dinner.
